It didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. I hate pizza stones. I put too much cornmeal down and the bottom of the crust just barely cooked. Also, the dough was WAY too elastic. AND, I was out of giardiniera.
But it looked pretty okay, if you're into overcooked food!

Pizza w/marinara, mozzarella, extra Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, turkey pepperoni, and California Hot Giardiniera. Washed down with 750 mls of Kriek Lambic.
